\/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd tsp. peppermint oil<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1.\tIn a food processor, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cacao, baking soda, and salt<br \/>\n2.\tPulse in shortening, honey, and peppermint extract until dough forms<br \/>\n3.\tRoll out dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper to \u215b inch thick<br \/>\n4.\tFreeze dough for 15 minutes<br \/>\n5.\tUse a cookie cutter to cut out dough and transfer circles to a parchment lined baking sheet<br \/>\n6.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 4 minutes<br \/>\n7.\tCool completely on the baking sheets, then freeze for 1 hour<br \/>\n8.\tMelt chocolate and peppermint extract in a small saucepan over very low heat<br \/>\n9.\tDip each cookie in chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined plate<br \/>\n10.\tTransfer plate to
