Mix it up<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022\tTry a new activity or food once a week<\/p>\n<h3>4. Stop comparing<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022\tIt\u2019s you against you, and no one else<\/p>\n<h3>5. Sleep<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022\tAdequate sleep is crucial to prevent stress hormone production and repair the body<\/p>\n<h3>6. Drink lots of water<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022      Need I say more?<\/p>\n<h3>7.
