Here are some delicious and easy snack recipes.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Baked Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms<\/h3>\n<p>Yields 20<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n20 Baby Bella mushrooms<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion<br \/>\n2 Tbsp.  coarsely chopped walnuts<br \/>\n1 garlic clove, minced<br \/>\n5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry OR \u00bd lb. of fresh, cooked spinach<br \/>\n1 oz. feta cheese<br \/>\n1 oz. gruyere cheese (optional)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. minced fresh or dried dill (optional)<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\nInstructions<br \/>\n\u2022\tHeat olive oil in a skillet. Add onions and cook until light brown \u2013 about 25 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPreheat oven to 400 degrees.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd walnuts and garlic to onion and cook for another minute. Add spinach and cook another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.<br \/>\n\u2022\tRemove from heat and cool slightly. Add cheeses, salt and pepper.<br \/>\n\u2022\tArrange mushrooms in baking dish. Divide filling mixture evenly among them.<br \/>\n\u2022\tBake about 10 minutes or until filling is browned and mushrooms are thoroughly heated.<br \/>\n\u2022\tServe immediately!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Healthy Deviled Eggs<\/h3>\n<p>Yields 12<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise<br \/>\n1\/4 cup plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n2 tsp. dijon mustard<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. pepper<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. salt<br \/>\npaprika to garnish<br \/>\nInstructions<br \/>\n\u2022\tFirst you need to hard-boil the eggs! Place the eggs in a pot, add just enough cold water so that they are fully covered, and put on high heat. Add a little salt to the pot, too \u2014 it\u2019ll make them easier to peel.<br \/>\n\u2022\tCover and bring them to a boil, then turn off the heat and let them sit, still covered, for 12 minutes. Then they are ready! I usually rinse them with some cold water and let them sit for a bit to cool them down first. You can also put them in an ice bath.<br \/>\n\u2022\tOnce they\u2019ve cooled, peel them and cut them lengthwise.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPlace the whites on a plate and the yolks in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the paprika) to the yolks in the bowl, and mash it all together. If you would like the mixture to be smooth, use a blender.<br \/>\n\u2022\tOnce it is mostly uniform, add the mixture back into the empty egg whites, top with a sprinkle of paprika, and enjoy!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Kale and Artichoke Dip<\/h3>\n<p>Yields about 3 cups<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n1 15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed<br \/>\n1 avocado, pit and peel removed<br \/>\n1 tsp. garlic powder<br \/>\n2 tsp. parsley flakes<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. ground thyme<br \/>\n1 medium onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 15 oz can artichokes, drained, rinsed, and chopped<br \/>\n2 packed cups chopped kale<br \/>\nolive oil, as needed<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast, for topping<br \/>\nInstructions<br \/>\n\u2022\tCombine the white beans, avocado, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and ground thyme in a food processor. Process until smooth and set aside.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIn a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Saut\u00e9 the onion until translucent and lightly browned around the edges.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd the artichokes and kale, cook until the kale is wilted.<br \/>\n\u2022\tStir the avocado and bean mixture into the saut\u00e9ed vegetables, season to taste with salt and pepper.<br \/>\n\u2022\tServe as is or store in the fridge for later.
