Pat dry with towel.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLine baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out strawberries evenly.<br \/>\n\u2022\tBake for 3 hours until chewy like candy.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Mango Lime Sorbet with Coconut Flakes &amp; Honey<\/h3>\n<p>Serves 4 to 5<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n2 ripe mangoes (or 2 lbs. frozen mango)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes<br \/>\n1 small lime, quartered<br \/>\nHoney or agave for drizzling<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n\u2022\tPeel the mangoes, separate from pit and cut into chunks.<br \/>\n\u2022\tArrange chunks in single layer on baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFreeze the mango until solid, at least 4 hours.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd coconut to baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes until golden and toasted; toss halfway through.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd frozen mango to food processor with 1\/3 cup hot water and process mango until completely smooth.<br \/>\n\u2022\tTurn the processor off and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.<br \/>\n\u2022\tTransfer the sorbet to 4 serving bowls and squeeze a quarter of fresh lime over each.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSprinkle with coconut flakes and top with drizzled honey.<br \/>\n\u2022\tEnjoy!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Orange Pistachio Napoleons<\/h3>\n<p>Serves 4<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\n4 medium navel oranges<br \/>\n1 cup Greek yogurt<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. honey<br \/>\n1 tsp. water<br \/>\n\u00bc cup shelled raw pistachios<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\n\u2022\tCut off ~1 inch from both ends of all oranges.  Stand 1 orange cut-side down on cutting board.  Working from top to bottom, cut away the peel.<br \/>\n\u2022\tCut the orange into 3 rounds, each about \u00be inch thick, transferring the rounds to a medium bowl and you work.  Repeat with remaining oranges.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSqueeze the juice from the reserved orange ends into a small saucepan.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd the honey and the remaining juice from your cutting board and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.  Boil, stirring occasionally, until syrupy, roughly 6 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLet syrup cool for 25 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWhile syrup cooling, heat a small skillet over medium heat, add the pistachios and cook, tossing frequently until fragrant and toasted, about 4 minutes.
