It contains parsley, which is rich in vitamin K, C, folate and iron.  There is a LOT of flavor in this one!<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. red onion, minced<br \/>\n\u00bd garlic clove<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 tsp. dried oregano<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp. sea salt<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar<br \/>\n\u00bd cup extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nInstructions<br \/>\n\u2022\tTake minced red onion and place it in cold water for 15 minutes and then drain.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd garlic clove, parsley, oregano and sea salt to cutting board.  Chop all your ingredients and mash them into a paste.
