That\u2019s why it is naturally gluten-free.  Quinoa, pronounced KEEN-WAH, is loaded with fiber and protein. As a nutritional powerhouse, kale is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, kaemferol and quercetin.  What do these words mean?
