Jenga<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll need:<br \/>\n\u2022\tJenga game set<br \/>\n\u2022\tSharpie marker<br \/>\nHow to Play:<br \/>\n\u2022\tWrite a different body weight, movement or activity on the side of each Jenga piece with desired reps (you can repeat movements) \u2013 you can do squats, dancing, anything that\u2019ll get you moving.<br \/>\n\u2022\tStack the Jenga pieces as you normally would.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPlay as usual, but every time a player successfully pulls a piece and places it on top of the stack, the player that pulled that piece must perform that movement\/activity.<br \/>\n\u2022\tYou can also choose to have the player pull the piece, perform the movement, then place the piece on top.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Hippos<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll need:<br \/>\n\u2022\tBall-pit balls or foam dodge balls<br \/>\n\u2022\tSquare scooters (like the one you\u2019d use in gym class)<br \/>\n\u2022\tLaundry baskets (get these from the dollar store)<br \/>\nHow to Play:<br \/>\n\u2022\tThe balls should be spread out in the middle<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerson 1 should lay on his\/her stomach on the scooter, while Person 2 grabs onto the legs.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerson 1 should be holding the laundry basket with the opening facing the ground.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWhen it\u2019s time to go, Person 2 should push Person 1 (gently) into the center, as Person 1 traps balls in the basket by connecting the basket with the ground.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerson 2 will then pull Person 1 back and collect the balls from that \u201ccapture.\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022\tContinue this until time is called.<br \/>\n\u2022\tThis is usually best down with 4 \u201chippos\u201d with 1 minute rounds.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" Tennis<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll need:<br \/>\n\u2022\tBalloons (blown up by mouth)<br \/>\n\u2022\tFly swatters<br \/>\n\u2022\tA net or divider to divide up the court &#8211; you can even use a string!<br \/>\nHow to Play:<br \/>\n\u2022\tWith one balloon, you\u2019ll serve as you would in tennis.<br \/>\n\u2022\tYou\u2019re allowed 3 hits per side before it must go over the net (think volleyball meets tennis).<br \/>\n\u2022\tThis can easily be played inside or outside and would work best with 2-4 people per team.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
