Stir to evenly distribute the red pepper flakes, and then pour onto a plate.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDredge the fish in the bread crumbs until evenly coated.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPlace the fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet.<br \/>\n\u2022\tBake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes or until the bread crumbs are golden and fish is cooked through.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Garlic Scallops<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/garlic-scallops-200x200.jpg\" alt=\"garlic-scallops\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16505\">Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 lb. large scallops<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc c clarified grass-fed butter<br \/>\n\u2022\t5 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 large lemon, zested<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc c Italian parsley, roughly chopped<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd tsp. sea salt<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc tsp. peppercorn, freshly ground<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc tsp. red pepper flakes<br \/>\n\u2022\tA pinch of sweet paprika<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 tsp extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n\u2022\tPat dry the scallops on paper towels.<br \/>\n\u2022\tHeat up a large cast iron skillet on medium flame.<br \/>\n\u2022\tIn a medium bowl, toss the scallops with a drizzle of olive oil or butter, just enough to coat it all over.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSprinkle them with sea salt, cracked pepper, red pepper flakes and sweet paprika.<br \/>\n\u2022\tToss to coat gently.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd a little drizzle of butter to the hot skillet, just enough to coat the bottom.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd the scallops making sure not to overcrowd the pan, and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until nicely golden.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAdd butter to the skillet with the scallops and then add the garlic. Remove from heat and let garlic cook to infuse the sauce for about 30 seconds.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSqueeze half of the lemon all over the scallops and move the skillet around a little so it combines with the butter.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSprinkle with the minced parsley, lemon zest and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg\" alt=\"blog-divider-line\" width=\"620\" height=\"60\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15477\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line.jpg 620w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/blog-divider-line-300x29.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Tuna Patties<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/tuna-patties-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"tuna-patties\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-16504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/tuna-patties-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/landing-uat.thedolcediet.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/tuna-patties.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t5 cans (5 ounces each) solid white tuna in water<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 large eggs, lightly beaten<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 bunch of fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped<br \/>\n\u2022\t1\/3 cup + 2 tbsp., dry breadcrumbs or almond meal<br \/>\n\u2022\t4 tbsp. Greek yogurt<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 -1\u00bd whole lemons juiced<br \/>\n\u2022\t3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 large onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n\u2022\t3-4 tbsp. grapeseed oil<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd tsp. pepper<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n\u2022\tDrain tuna.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSaut\u00e9 onions for about 8 minutes in a saut\u00e9 pan, until translucent.
