You should always strive to be better than the person you were the day before. This is also important in the gym. Don\u2019t compare yourself to anyone in there, you have no idea how long they\u2019ve been training, how many hard days they\u2019ve had to get there or what\u2019s led them there. You should always work to break YOUR OWN records, not others&#8217;. Be your own cheerleader.<br \/>\n<strong>2) Feel Sorry for Themselves<\/strong><br \/>\nEveryone has downfalls. Sometimes when it rains, it pours. It\u2019s okay to be sad for a short period of time, but you mustn\u2019t live there. \u201cWhy me?\u201d won\u2019t get you very far. You need to allot a few minutes to cry as hard as you need to, if you feel you need it, then promise yourself to never cry over that situation again.<br \/>\n<strong>3) Wait for Life to Improve on Its Own and Avoid Risks<\/strong><br \/>\nHow will you ever grow if you stay in the same place? If you want a big reward, you must take a big risk. Step outside of your comfort zone. Nothing will change if you don\u2019t allow change. Yes, change can be scary, but often necessary.<br \/>\n<strong>4) Live by Others\u2019 Expectations<\/strong><br \/>\nYou live YOUR life for YOU. People are entitled to their opinions, but don\u2019t let ANYONE tell you how to live your life.
