Squat<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022\tStand with your legs out a little wider and point each toe to the opposite walls.<br \/>\n\u2022\tKeep the same posture and technique as a regular squat, but, when you push back up to standing position, squeeze your inner thighs and glutes.<br \/>\n\u2022\tTry to tuck your butt inwards and give a little pelvic thrust at the top to make sure you are targeting your inner and outer thighs.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFor an extra push, add in a heavy dumbbell by holding it in both hands between your legs.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" upward towards the ceiling.<br \/>\n\u2022\tYour shoulder blades and upper back should be pressed into the floor.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLower yourself back down and repeat the motion.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFor an it\u2019s supporting your head.<br \/>\n\u2022\tKeeping your legs straight, raise your left leg as high as you can.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLower your leg back to the starting position.<br
