put the chicken breasts on top and then add grapeseed oil and season with the salt and pepper.<br \/>\n2.\tAdd tomatoes, garlic and basil and then pour balsamic vinegar on top.<br \/>\n3.\tCook on LOW \/>\n\u2022\t1 clove garlic, minced<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 tbsp. ginger paste<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc tsp. red pepper flakes<br \/>\n\u2022\tSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd cup water<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1.\tLayer chicken, cashews and vegetables in crockpot.<br \/>\n2.\tCombine remaining ingredients except water and pour over chicken.<br \/>\n3.\tAdd water if necessary so tbsp. cumin<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd tbsp. minced garlic<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd tsp. dried oregano<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc tsp. cayenne pepper<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bc tsp. salt<br \/>\n\u2022\tCracked pepper to paste<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 cups dry rice<br \/>\n\u2022\t8 oz. shredded cheddar<br \/>\n\u2022\t\u00bd bunch cilantro (optional)<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1.\tAdd everything except the rice, cheese, and cilantro to the slow cooker along with \u00bc cup of water. Stir well and make sure the chicken is covered in the mixture.<br \/>\n2.\tCover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.<br \/>\n3.\tNear the end of the cooking time, cook the two cups of rice according to the package directions.<br \/>\n4.\tAfter 8 hours of cooking, remove lid and shred the chicken with two forks.<br \/>\n5.\tPlace mixture over rice.
