And that includes what you put in your mouth. Try out these fun recipes that will not only satisfy your pallet, but also your recovering body. Remember, the better we recover and fuel, the better the results!<\/p>\n<h3>Big Boy (or Girl) Scramble<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 6 egg whites (ladies reduce to 4 egg whites)<br \/>\n\u2022 2-3 thick asparagus spears, sliced<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd cup cooked brown rice and quinoa mix (1\/4 cup for ladies)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 sweet mini red bell pepper, sliced<br \/>\n\u2022 Garlic, pepper and pinch of sea salt<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd pink grapefruit<br \/>\n\u2022 1 scoop of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onnit.com\/dolce-whey\/?a_aid=dolce\">The Dolce Whey protein isolate<\/a><br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Set oven to 405 degrees F.<br \/>\n2. Lightly coat a cast iron skillet with coconut oil.<br \/>\n3. Add cooked brown rice and quinoa to the skillet.<br \/>\n4. Pour in egg whites, and then add asparagus strips and bell pepper slices.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 15-18 minutes (or until eggs are cooked).<\/p>\n<h3>Post-Workout Banana Split<\/h3>\n<p><center><i>Pictured above<\/i><\/center><br \/>\n\u2022 1 medium banana<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00be cup non-fat Greek yogurt<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd scoop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onnit.com\/dolce-whey\/?a_aid=dolce\">The Dolce Whey protein isolate<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 1 strawberry, chopped<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc cup blueberries<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tbsp. granola<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Slice banana in half lengthwise and lay both sides on a plate.<br \/>\n2. Mix together protein and Greek yogurt, and spoon on top of the bananas.<br \/>\n3. Top bananas and protein mixture with berries, granola, and chocolate chips.<\/p>\n<h3>Eggs in a (Pepper) Frame<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 2 whole eggs<br \/>\n\u2022 6 egg whites<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cup raw spinach<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc cup brown rice<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bd bell pepper (any color)<br \/>\n\u2022 Pico de gallo (optional)<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Cook egg whites and brown rice separately.<br \/>\n2. Mix together and add spinach.<br \/>\n3. Cook until spinach is wilted. Set aside.<br \/>\n4. Cut bell peppers to create 2 thick rings.<br \/>\n5. Lightly coat another skillet with coconut oil and set on medium heat.<br \/>\n6. Place bell peppers rings in the skillet and crack the eggs inside the bell pepper.<br \/>\n7. Cook egg completely.<br \/>\n8. Place cooked pepper rings and egg\/brown rice mixture on a plate.
