She trains like crazy \u2014 usually twice a day \u2014 and follows <a href=\"\/about-the-diet-plan\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Dolce Diet<\/span><\/a>, an approach to eating that incorporates whole, nutrient-rich ingredients thought to maintain muscle mass and promote muscle recovery.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m just happy to have a full stomach \u2026 It&#8217;s not a bad thing to feel full and feel satisfied \u2014 you&#8217;re supposed to.&#8221;\u200b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That said, <a href=\"\/about-the-diet-plan\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ronda&#8217;s diet<\/span><\/a> is still pretty regimented: When offered a Starbucks Frappucino \u2014 a drink she&#8217;s said her 14-year-old self used to buy with prize money she won from fighting random people \u2014 she only took a few sips before backing off, blaming her strict fighter diet.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t count calories at all. I have no idea how many [I ate] today,&#8221; Ronda says. &#8220;I don&#8217;t crave anything.
