Before you know it, kids will be bored of the same old lunches. Here are some healthy school lunch ideas to keep in mind!<\/p>\n<h3>Sandwich Sushi<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\tInner ingredients of choice (you can choose anything form shredded, organic chicken, avocado and romaine lettuce, to something sweeter like all-natural peanut butter and bananas)<br \/>\n\u2022\tEzekiel bread (crust removed, rolled out thin with rolling pin.<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Fill flattened bread with desired ingredients. Carefully roll the bread around ingredients, and slice into \u201csushi\u201d pieces, and place in TupperWare.<br \/>\n2. Get creative and make savory and sweet sandwiches.<br \/>\nSavory Choices<br \/>\n\u2022\tOrganic chicken, grass-fed beef, aged-white cheddar, avocado, lettuce, black beans, sweet potatoes, etc.<br \/>\nSweet Choices<br \/>\n\u2022\tNut butters, honey, fruit<\/p>\n<h3>Citrus Fruit &amp; Avocado Salad<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 large citrus fruit of choice (grapefruit, orange, etc.), cut into wedges<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 large avocado, peeled and cubed<br \/>\n\u2022\t1\/2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 tsp. of lemon juice<br \/>\n\u2022\tSalt<br \/>\n\u2022\tA small handful of fresh mint leaves<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Mix the citrus fruit and avocado in a bowl.<br \/>\n2. In a separate bowl, whisk the olive oil and lemon and season with salt. Spoon over the salad and garnish with fresh mint leaves, then place in TuppweWare.<\/p>\n<h3>Avocado Chocolate Pudding<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 ripe avocado, cut into \u00be inch pieces, frozen<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 \u00bd ripe bananas, cut into \u00bd inch slices, frozen<br \/>\n\u2022\t3 tbsp. agave nectar or honey<br \/>\n\u2022\t3 tbsp. cocoa powder<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 tbsp. coconut oil<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 tsp. lemon juice<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 tsp. vanilla extract<br \/>\n\u2022\tPinch of salt<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Thaw avocado and banana slightly, about 20 minutes.<br \/>\n2. Place avocado, banana, agave nectar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt in blender or food processor and blend for 60 seconds. Scrape sides of bowl as necessary. Continue until smooth and creamy<br \/>\n3. Scoop into small TupperWare in place of pre-packaged pudding in your kids\u2019 lunch boxes.
