A \u201czero-calorie food\u201d is a food that your body expends more energy to digest than the total amount calories that food actually has. You may also hear them called \u201cnegative calorie foods.\u201d This list is a good tool to have to make sure that you fill your diet with foods that will work with you, not against you.
