These healthy recipes will have your sweet tooth satisfied in just 3 ingredients!<\/p>\n<h3>Quick Pancakes<\/h3>\n<p>About 2 small servings (double and\/or triple for the family)<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 large, ripe banana<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 whole eggs<br \/>\n\u2022\tCinnamon (optional)<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Mash the banana really well with a fork, then whisk with eggs and cinnamon.<br \/>\n2. Heat your stove to a low to medium setting.<br \/>\n3. Grease the bottom of pan with a little bit of grass-fed butter so they don\u2019t stick.<br \/>\n*The pancakes are a little flimsier than your traditional pancakes, so make them small<br \/>\n4. Heat on each side for about 2 minutes and serve with fruit and a drizzle of honey, if desired.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Mocha Protein Smoothie<\/h3>\n<p>\u00bd cup cold-brewed coffee<br \/>\n2 scoops chocolate whey protein isolate<br \/>\n\u00bd cup almond milk<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy! May add ice if desired.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 cup all-natural peanut butter<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 cup honey<br \/>\n\u2022\t3 cups oat bran<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Melt peanut butter and honey over low heat in sauce pan.<br \/>\n2. Remove from heat and stir in oats.<br \/>\n3. Press into a 9 x 9 pan (preferably glass \u2013 easiest to remove)<br \/>\n4. Cover and let harden overnight.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Sweet Potato Cookies<\/h3>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t1 cup cooked sweet potatoes, mashed<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 eggs<br \/>\n\u2022\t3-4 tbsp. almond butter<br \/>\n\u2022\tGenerous sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1.\tPreheat oven to 350 degrees.<br \/>\n2.\tCombine all ingredients until a smooth thick batter.<br \/>\n3.\tDrop on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet<br \/>\n4.\tBake 10-12 minutes, then flip<br \/>\n5.\tBake an additional 5 minutes<br \/>\n6.\tCool on a cooling rack<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Mike\u2019s Homemade \u201cIce Cream\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Serves 1-2<br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 cups plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\n\u2022\t2 cups frozen cherries or berry of choice<br \/>\n\u2022\tSprinkle of chia seeds<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1.
