In a medium bowl, combine blueberries, strawberries, jicama, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, and lime juice.<br \/>\n2. Season with salt, to taste.<br \/>\n3. Serve with tortilla chips at room temperature or chilled.<br \/>\nTortilla Chips<br \/>\n1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br \/>\n2. Heat the grill to medium-high.<br \/>\n2. In a small bowl, mash the avocados with the lime juice, shallot and a pinch of salt. Set aside.<br \/>\n3. In a large bowl, mix together the meat with the garlic, cilantro, jalapeno or bell pepper, chili powder, cumin and salt.<br \/>\n4. Divide the ground meat into 6 even mounds. Split each mound in two and form two thin burger patties, one patty slightly bigger than the other.<br \/>\n5. Dollop a spoonful of avocado in the middle of the smaller patty, spreading it out slightly but making sure to leave a little rim around the edge of the meat.<br \/>\n6. Set the larger patty on top and fold\/pinch the edges together and shape the burger in your hands to form a tight seal around the guacamole.<br \/>\n7. Repeat with the remaining five burgers.<br \/>\n8. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<br \/>\n2. Wash and peel potatoes and cut into thin, French-fry-like strips.<br \/>\n3. In large bowl, combine 2 tbsp. grapeseed oil and salt.<br \/>\n4. Spread 2 tbsp. grapeseed oil over baking sheet and spread out potatoes in single layer.<br \/>\n5. Bake about 30 minutes or until tender on inside and crispy on outside.<br \/>\n6. Add honey to bowl for dipping.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>DESSERT<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/stuffed-strawberries.png\" alt=\"stuffed-strawberries\" width=\"221\" height=\"294\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-13790\"><\/p>\n<h4>Stuffed Strawberries<\/h4>\n<p>Serves 8<br \/>\n\u2022 1 lb. large strawberries<br \/>\n\u2022 Blueberries (to top each strawberry)<br \/>\n\u2022 8 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt<br \/>\nDirections<br \/>\n1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry.<br \/>\n2. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife.<br \/>\n3. Prep all strawberries and set aside. Pat dry.<br \/>\n4. Cut off the bottom so that they will sit straight.<br \/>\n5. Add yogurt to an icing bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off.<br \/>\n6. Fill strawberries with yogurt.<br \/>\n7. Top with 1 blueberry<br \/>\n8. Muddle blueberries in bottom of a bowl.<br \/>\n2. Add lemon juice and coconut water.<br \/>\n3. Stir until well combined, then strain mixture and discard blueberry skins.<br \/>\n3. Add sparkling water and gently stir until combined.<br \/>\n4.
