However, we want to help keep you on track with your 2015 goals! So don\u2019t blow it all in one night! Here are some Dolce-Approved \u201cmocktail\u201d recipes to keep you in the spirit of celebrating without completely undoing all the hard work you\u2019ve done!!<br \/>\n<em>Note: if choosing to turn these into adult beverages, remember that 1 oz of hard liquor has 100 calories. Please drink responsibly.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Hibiscus Punch<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>(Similar to: vodka-cranberry)<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 3 cups dried sorrel or red hibiscus flowers, or 5 Red Zinger tea bags<br \/>\n\u2022 1 4-inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\n\u2022 10 whole cloves<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc tsp. crushed allspice<br \/>\n\u2022 2 3-inch pieces peeled fresh ginger<br \/>\n\u2022 Agave syrup or honey to sweeten as desired<br \/>\nDirections:<br \/>\nBring all ingredients and 4 cups water to a boil in saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 minutes. Add pinch of sea salt and stir well. Garnish as you see fit.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ohsheglows.com\/2010\/07\/21\/a-friend-in-the-mirror\/\">Source <\/a><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Frozen Strawberry Lemonade <\/strong><br \/>\n(Similar to: a frozen margarita)<br \/>\n\u2022 2 cups lemonade<br \/>\n\u2022 1 1\/2 cups frozen strawberries<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cup coconut water (or regular)<br \/>\n\u2022 ice cubes<br \/>\n\u2022 squeeze of fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n\u2022 lemon slices and\/or mint leaves for garnish<br \/>\n\u2022 optional: fresh strawberries blended in<br \/>\nDirections:<br \/>\nBlend and serve!<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/kblog.lunchboxbunch.com\/2010\/05\/strawberry-lemonade-smoothie-frosty.html\">Source<\/a><\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Lemon Berry Spritzer <\/strong><br \/>\n<em>(Similar to: a Mojito)<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 cup lemonade (regular or raspberry)<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/4 cup fresh raspberries (or unsweetened frozen)<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tbsp. club soda<br \/>\n\u2022 4 mint leaves<br \/>\n\u2022 4 ice cubes<br \/>\nDirections:<br \/>\nPut mint and ice into an 8-ounce glass. With a spoon, mash mint leaves and ice until mint is broken up into pieces. In blender puree lemonade with raspberries. Pour over mint\/ice and top with club soda. Serve in the fancy glasses.
